The San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino (boy, that’s a big name) is located in Highland, California and is about forty-five minutes from downtown Los Angeles. It is a fairly massive structure designed to cater to thousands of gamblers at a time, and they do very well for a casino in terms of food, customer service, and value. The San Manuel is also one of the few Indian casinos that we have ever come across that actually has a decent loyalty rewards program, so let’s get straight into the details-
The San Manuel Indian Casino Rewards Overview
The loyalty rewards program at the San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino is called Club Serrano, and it rewards players with all kinds of comps, perks, and freebies. Even though the San Manuel does not have a hotel, loyalty rewards can be used to purchase stays at the nearby Hampton Inn and full room comps are not unheard of either. There is also plenty of food and drinks comps as well, so gamblers feel very welcome at this destination.
The San Manuel Indian Casino Rewards – The Good
As we mentioned above, the San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino offers plenty of freebies. Your rewards points accumulate on your Club Serrano card a lot as they do at other establishments and you can use them for just about anything during your stay. The San Miguel has many headline shows per month that can be comped plus you can use your points for gift shop purchases or a great meal.
San Manual also has many VIP tournaments specifically for their high rollers and there are also many seasonal parties and other get-togethers. Overall, this is an excellent loyalty rewards plan.
The San Manuel Indian Casino Rewards – The Bad
The only thing that we really saw missing from the San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino’s loyalty program is some type of cash-back offer or match play, so this was somewhat of a disappointment. Other than that and not having an actual hotel built on-premises, we really had little else to complain about over the course of our stay.
The San Manuel Indian Casino Rewards- Overall
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino. The staff was almost always cheerful, the casino floor looks fantastic, and there were plenty of options when it came to actual gambling. Unfortunately, we were not able to take in any shows while visiting but their theatre looks very comfortable for a headline show, so we may just have to go back sometime in the future to check that out. Although you do not see the room comps and free cash like in Vegas, the San Manuel will leave you more than satisfied.
